Every business should have a
brochure. Creating a new business brochure is more than adding a list of your
services to your favorite desktop publishing program. You must give enough
information so that people will know about your service.
Know Your Audience
The brochure has to be
written with your audience in mind. What
do they want from your company? This is not the opportunity to go on and on
about how great your company is. Look at it from the prospective of; what do
they want from you?
Be Informative
Have enough information in
your business brochure to inform your customers about your business. When a
prospect asks for your brochure you must keep in mind, that they are interested
in reading about your service. This is the time to write and include all of the
information about your service, website, price, testimonial information, and
you should be descriptive.
Service Description
Explain completely what your
service is about. What do you offer the
client that is different from your competition? What are the types of accounts
you handle?
All of the services offered
by your firm should be written in detail descriptions explaining how the
service works. This is not the time to brag about your company, but explain how
your firm helps the client.
